Never Finished
Move your body to sharpen your mind. Move to break limits, explore the unknown, and ignite your potential. Move to lead, overcome, and to thrive. Movement is growth, and it’s Never Finished.

WHO I AM
My Core Value: Believe in movement
I am not an influencer, a personal trainer, or a life coach. I am someone who knows firsthand the power of resilience and change, and I’m here to share what I’ve learned. I’m a firm believer that growth is rarely found in comfort. Movement changed my life, and I’m on a mission to help others spark their own transformation. I was once 45 lbs overweight, struggled with alcohol, and felt mentally drained. At first glance, I appeared “normal” and somewhat “healthy” to most. Yea I was active, rode my bike and went on some adventures.
But the truth is, I spent the first 35 years of my life with many unhealthy habits that impacted my energy, mood, and ability to lead in both my personal and professional life. Cancer in my 20s should have been my first wake-up call, but I still found myself losing control years later. Everything shifted when I discovered Trail Running. There was something about running in the woods that became my gateway to change—a powerful tool to sharpen my mind, uplift my mood, and rebuild my resilience.
WHY I MOVE
Purpose: Inspired by loss
It was September 2018, I was juggling two struggling businesses with 30+ employees, and our daughter was only 18 months old. Life already felt heavy, but nothing could have prepared me for the call: my mother had died by suicide.
Her battle with depression and addiction had spanned years. I had become desensitized to her struggles, never imagining this would be her out. Her death was a hard stop—a shock that forced me to set everything aside for our family. I had support, but the guilt weighed heavily on me. I couldn’t shake the feeling that I should have done more to help her.
In time, that grief lit a fire within me. I realized that life’s challenges, no matter how crushing, could not keep me stagnant. Movement became my purpose—not just physical movement, but action. Movement is making decisions, breaking limits, and driving your life forward. It’s about leading by example for my family, my business, and community. I Move to remind myself—and others—that every challenge is an opportunity to grow. Movement isn’t just about surviving; it’s about thriving, both physically and mentally.

HOW I TRANSFORMED
My Approach: Move, Sweat, Thrive.
It wasn’t just about exercise—it was a mindset shift. I was tired of feeling burnt out, sluggish, and unproductive. I started with small, consistent changes: drinking more water, eating cleaner, and cutting alcohol. Next I set a goal to move (sweat) for at least 45 minutes a day, no matter the weather. Whether it was running, hiking, cycling, or climbing up and down a hill repletely, I focused on activities that made me sweat and feel alive. In three months, I dropped 45+ lbs. But more importantly, I found clarity, strength, and a renewed purpose. Inspired by ultra-runner Courtney Dauwalter, I eventually went from a half marathon to completing a 50k running event.
Today, I have completed several Ultra Marathons, and many personal and physical adventures. With 4,400 meters of elevation, I finished 2nd place in the 2024 Chiggy Ultra Marathon in just over 19 hours. This journey isn’t about being shredded or perfect—I’m far from it. It’s about starting the flywheel of movement. Once it begins, it becomes an unstoppable force, carrying you through life’s challenges and helping you thrive.
MY MISSION
I share my journey to inspire others to take that first step. Whether it’s losing weight, regaining energy, or just finding joy in staying active. My goal is simple: Help as many people as possible get MOVING, by inspiring individuals, families, and communities to move more, play more, and live more active lives.
Don’t compare yourself to others—compare yourself to who you were yesterday. I believe in small, consistent actions that lead to unstoppable momentum.
